how do trade-ins work?

Trade in your gently loved Tea Collection apparel and earn $5 off toward new items on teacollection.com for every item we accept.*

$5 off credit will only be given on items that are accepted. Each $5 off code is applicable to one full-priced Tea item, valid on teacollection.com only, not valid in stores.

Mail in Your Items

Please send all your gently loved items to the address below. Don't forget to include your name, email address, and the date you submitted your trade-in form in your box/bag:

For each item accepted, you'll get a special code for $5 off one full-priced item on our site. The more items accepted, the more codes you'll get!

Tea Collection items in new or gently loved condition. There's no limit on the number of items you can send!

We accept children's clothing sizes infant through size 16. Items should be freshly washed and dried.

If onesies, leggings, or diaper covers were part of a matching outfit, please keep the set together.

items we don’t accept

Brands other than Tea Collection, damaged items, or items that have stains or excessive wear.

Items that have been tailored, monogrammed, or otherwise altered—including any name or personalization that would still be visible to the next child who wears it.

If there is any trace of smoky smell, the entire bag will be recycled/donated.

Adult clothing will be donated.
