Pretty Pleated Skirt
I love the dainty floral pattern and light weight cotton fabric for spring and summer. I know my 5 1/2 yr old granddaughter will love it. I went with a size 4 because the length appeared long. The waist seems small but stretches on backside. The size (4) I received measures - waist 19 inches total front and back and stretches to 24 inches. The length measures 16 inches from top of front waist to bottom hemline. I'm considering sizing up to a 5. Just love it , so sweet and innocent and how I love seeing my little girls.
