Great color selection
We love Tea Collection for unique legging colors you can't find anywhere else. I am using this summery turquoise to match a few Fall/Winter sister matches for my girls. These leggings do run tight and a little small so I size up for longevity. They're made of very smooth and stretchy material but aren't soft like supple cotton if that's what suits your child best. I'd save these for special occasion outfits, family pictures, and specific matches rather than every day school use.

Leggings for one year old may run small
Legging in 12-18 month size are pretty snug for my granddaughter that normally fits great into other 12 month brand leggings.
